Graham Mays

Graham Mays is a partner & co-founder of Sundial Capital Partners, and manages all US activities for the investment funds organized by Sundial. Prior to Sundial, Mr. Mays managed the US activities for Dutch Capital Partners, a privately held real estate investment and fund management company founded in 2005 by Mr. Mays and Mr. Zijlstra. Mr. Mays brings more than 30 years of real estate experience to Sundial Capital Partners. Since 1987, Mr. Mays has been engaged full time in the commercial real estate industry and has in depth experience in a wide variety of activities and transactions including investment sales, development, management and finance as well as knowledge and experience in working with foreign investors. Mr. Mays started his real estate career at Cushman & Wakefield in Orlando, Florida in 1987. After being recruited, he joined Del American / LeCesse Development Corporation, a major Orlando based multi-family developer. In 1992, he founded Interstate Investment Properties, Inc., a commercial real estate advisor and Interstate Realty Advisors, Inc., a licensed real estate brokage company that provided commercial real estate services to a select group of European and US based private and institutional investors. Mr. Mays grew up and resides in Central Florida with his wife, has three grown children, attended Liberty University (football scholarship) and the University of Central Florida - General Business Administration.

Ben Zijlstra

Ben Zijlstra is a partner & co-founder of Sundial Capital Partners in The Netherlands and USA. He is also an active & past direct investor in real estate projects in the Netherlands, USA and Canada. In 2005, Mr. Zijlstra and Mr. Mays formed Dutch Capital Partners. From 1998 to 2006, Mr. Zijlstra as a founding partner of Hanzevast Beleggingen, help create a full service real estate investment & management company that managed over 300 commercial properties valued in excess of $2 billion located throughout The Netherlands. At the same time, Mr. Zijlstra became a board member of Münchmeijer Petersen Capital (MPC) in The Netherlands. MPC was part of MPC Hamburg Germany one of the largest privately held fund initiator and fund raising institutions in Europe. Under Mr. Zijlstra more than 40 real estate funds were initiated and placed in the Dutch market. After finishing his MBA studies in Phoenix, he returned to The Netherlands and worked for ING Bank setting up a real estate fund listed on the Amsterdam Stock Exchange. He later worked for FGH Bank. Mr. Zijlstra received his undergraduate degree in Economics and Business from Westmont College, Santa Barbara, California and his MBA from American Graduate School of International Management, Phoenix, Arizona.

Louis Postma

Louis Postma is a partner & co-founder of Sundial Capital Partners in The Netherlands and USA. He is also a co-owner of Libertas Investments BV, a Dutch fund management company specializing in supermarket investments in The Netherlands. He worked temporarily as an asset manager at the Dutch Central Government Real Estate Agency. Mr. Postma has advised American clients on setting up institutional real estate funds and raising capital. He also advised on the European guideline for fund managers (AIFMD). From 2006 to 2012, Mr. Postma worked at a large Dutch finance company and was based in Washington DC (USA). In 1998 Mr. Postma joined a Dutch investment fund management company as a senior account manager, where he later joined the board. Here he was responsible for the office operation and for the activities in America. Mr. Postma graduated from the University of Amsterdam as an Economic Geographer with a specialization in real estate and economics.
