South Forsyth (February 2022)

March 1, 2022 - Sundial Capital Partners is pleased to announce the equity investment in Orchards of South Forsyth. Sundial organized Sundial Capital South Forsyth LP which contributed a majority share of the equity in Orchards of South Forsyth, a 88-unit active adult for-sale residential development project located in southern Forsyth County, in northeast Atlanta. The project will consist of 54 Ranch condominiums and 34 Town Homes and a clubhouse & amenities. Our joint venture partner in this project is The Orchards Group, one of Atlanta’s most active developers of active adult age-restricted communities.

Harbour View (August 2021)

August 6, 2021 - Sundial Capital Partners is pleased to announce the equity investment in The Retreat at Harbour View. Sundial Capital Partners organized Sundial Capital Harbour View LP which contributed common LP equity in The Retreat At Harbour View, a 101-unit active adult for-sale residential development located in the city of Suffolk, Virginia. The project will consist of 71 Town Homes and 30 quad condominium homes, and a clubhouse & amenities including a pool, fire pit, and walking trails. Our joint venture partner is Welden Fields & Rowe, a 30+ year custom home builder and residential developer in the Hampton Roads region of Virginia.
